Your planner will collaborate with your style & budget to handpick the best vendors & design the entire day around you & your partner.

PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE

In this scenario, you need a little more help getting started. Your planner will be available as a resource throughout the planning process and keep you on track with check lists & custom recommendations.

FINAL PREP PACKAGE

Your planner would step in the month of the event to start coordinating with vendors & learning your style. She will then manage everything the day-of to ensure you have a stress-free wedding day!

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:

$250 for additional clean-up day
$300 per additional day-of assistant for larger weddings (1 is already included in each package)
$250 per stagehand (if help is needed with production set-up or load-in/load-out)
$250 for runner (to run errands throughout the day)
$tbd for any rental items needed from birch. (café chairs, tables, votives)

$125 lodging buy-out (only required if event location is > 45 miles from Portland)
Flights or travel reimbursement (only required if event location is > 200 miles from Portland)
