Going with Birch was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We planned a lot of the wedding ourselves, but as things got closer to the day, all of the different moving parts started to feel overwhelming. After our first meeting with Kathryn, we felt a huge weight lift off of us. She was completely prepared with a list of all the little things that needed to get done (many of which we never would have thought of ) and basically took care of everything after that. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she constantly coordinated not only with the venue and the caterer, but with the photographer, DJ, and even members of our family to make sure everyone got to where they needed to be. On the day of, she was everywhere all at once, answering questions, solving little issues, and keeping everything running in a smooth and timely manner. The best thing about having Kathryn as our coordinator, though, was how calm she was. She never looked frazzled, even when we felt like there was no way everything would come together, and she was always there to reassure us that everything was going to work out great. She brought us such relief, and really let us focus on each other and enjoying our day. We could not have done this wedding without her. Thank you so much!!

Working with Kathryn was the best experience. We hired her as our day-of coordinator and it truly couldn't have worked better. We met her a couple of times before the big day which was very helpful and she gave us a ton of tips on what to keep in mind for weddings. Throughout the planning process she checked in with us on a regular basis and her communication was on point. We always felt like we were in good hands. She also attended our Rehearsal which was a huge relief! The day of I seriously 100% could rely on her and there were no hick-ups or issues at all. She was super organized and coordinated between all the different vendors and it went super smooth. We would always hire her again, she is worth every penny for your big day! A great work attitude with lots of experience which you can tell. Thanks Kathryn for making our day so special!

My husband and I loved working with Birch. Kathryn did an incredible job helping to make our wedding day unforgettable! Kathryn was so easy to work with and made the wedding planning process stress free. She was able to execute all my ideas and vision flawlessly! I highly recommend Birch to any engaged couple!
